KingCast presents: Omelettes 1-2-3 for the cooking impaired.

Season pan with dash of virgin olive oil, sea salt, cracked pepper, dab of unsalted butter and small diced shallot slice. Whip 2-3 eggs in small bowl. Add asparagus and New Zealand organic cheddar cheese to one side. Cook until you can slide a spatula around the entire circumference of the omelette. Fold the edges of the empty side over top, simmer for 20 seconds and serve. Do not overcook your omelette, it sucks when that happens.

PS: Force feed it to Sam Shaulson and Citibank who like egg on their faces after falsely declaring that a black bank teller even had the authority to be a "Decision Maker" in my MCAD discrimination lawsuit against them, read this post as illustrative.
