KingCast says even in Korea Citibank is "insincere," has no seoul and will discriminate with impunity.

Citibank seems to think that anything I have done or was accused of in the past is somehow relevant to them discriminating against me today. Well then two can play that game, because in the same time span President Obama sued Citibank for unlawful discrimination (see link), Citibank employees passed racist literature and jokes and workers as far away as Seoul, Korea accused Citibank of lying and of unlawful discrimination and took the extraordinary measure of striking to prove it. It's Citibank's corporate culture, folks.

And then there is this little gem:

White vice presidents and lower-level employes of Citibank sent racist jokes throughout the megabank's interoffice E-mail, according to a lawsuit filed by enraged black workers.

The E-mail a series of spoofs on the black speech patterns known as Ebonics started at the bank's Wall Street offices and wound up at offices around New York and as far south as Florida.

See I know Citibank is either tacitly or directly working with the haters to get me on anything they can, and they are fighting tooth and nail to keep a video of them mistreating me out of YouTube. But once that video goes up (either with just my witnesses and me or with Manager Carlo Carmanna with or without blue dot) and people see that Citibank was lying:

a) about my composure in the bank

b) about who the Decision Maker was (Carlo Carmanna, a white man)

Things don't look so good for them, they look better for me, especially because Citibank's first line of response to my lawyer was to threaten us with production of the videos. Now they backpedal, see the Motion to Compel and related memoranda.

So Citibank is hoping and praying that MCAD will not release the video to me, simple. See today's MCAD Supplemental Surreply.

Lastly Citibank’s lies about the Decision Maker being black:

The attached job description for Branch Manager proves that only Carlo Carmanna has the authority to be the Decision Maker, and it reads, in pertinent part:

• Resolve escalated customer complaints/issues promptly and effectively.

Sam Shaulson and Citibank still backpedaling on the production of relevant videos that will show them lying in racial discrimination case.

It should be noted that as part of my Bar Association Complaint I noted that Citibank – by and through Sam Shaulson – lied when they said that the Decision Maker was black. The teller is most certainly black but she certainly wasn’t the Decision Maker. That Decision is not even within the ambit of her ultimate authority, on a Branch Manager has final say so over that, and the video is going to demonstrate that Carlo Carmanna approached me in a very abrupt and offensive manner and denied me the right to open a bank account long before I called him a dirty name.

KingCast explains what the U.S. Department of Justice is reading about his TOUCH 106.1 FM Blog on shady, lying prosecutors.

On 2 December 2009 someone at the U.S. Justice Department was seeking information on U.S. District Judge Mark Wolf from the Massachusetts District. When the U.S. DOJ did that, they took a 6-minute read of this Harrington High Court case and related cases in Boston involving prosecutors who manufactured or hid vital exculpatory evidence, Suzanne Sullivan and Daniel Ford.

Elizabeth Scheibel is under Order to provide YEARS of empirical racial information because her office has been railroading black men with impunity when they defend themselves against white attackers.

Anyway, something has to happen to these prosecutors because Judge Wolf (who has not yet punished Suzanne Sullivan) wrote Attorney Holder on this:

[Judge] Wolf wrote last month to Eric H. Holder Jr., the US attorney general, asking him to crack down on prosecutors who fail to disclose information that could clear defendants, and repeated his past assessment that the Boston office has a "dismal history of intentional and inadvertent violations." Similar entreaties he made to Holder's predecessors in recent years achieved little, Wolf wrote.

Here's what happened the last time I went to the DOJ and DOL:

$290,000.00 fine (errrr.... "Settlement") with American Tower that benefitted employees of all races, ethnicity, color, sex, age, religion..... and that's important because once prosecutors are compelled to start towing the line and to stop lying, that will all inure to the benefit of the Cause of Justice. For everyone. You see, while we at TOUCH 106.1 FM are a black-owned and black priority station we care about issues that affect the entire community and the World in which we live.

Funny, Bill Christy of the Bill Christy Project wrote me once to tell me I did not have a clue to the pulse of any community be it white Plum Island or black Boston. But then again he's just one of those white guys who thinks they can put me in the same camp with Reverend Al Sharpton on all issues and label us both "niggers and Motherfuckers." I spoke with Keith Healey this morning. They have not heard from you despite the fact that you said you would produce at least one video "immediately" if MCAD did not give it to me directly. I agreed with that pending outcome on the Motion to Compel/Spoliation issues for the other videos that show "JRT" opening her account.

I just returned from MCAD with a date-stamped copy of today's Notice of Racism on the part of fired Jaffrey Police Chief Martin J. Dunn, one of your would-be NH State's witnesses. As you can see, in addition to laughing at the prospect of me being gang-raped, he has also committed logorrhea lies to a third party, Charlie Duffy, who forwarded a certain email to me.

Keith Healey said they are waiting for the video you promised you would send "immediately." It is his understanding that until the Tribunal rules on my Motion to Compel and for Sanctions for Evidence Spoliation, they will allow me to view the video in their office. So then, there's no need for you guys to dilly-dally around anymore, show the video that purports to show me acting inappropriately so you can go ahead and get this case closed. Not.

PS: In case you still claim you don't know the identity of "JRT" I told him her full name yesterday so you can go ahead and call him, you know, give him a holler and then you can verify that you opened an account for her. I know you did because we opened the card when it came home, Sir. Also, you should have seen the look on Mr. Healey's face when he read what your buddy Marty thought was "Funny OF COURSE!"
